We are saddened to notify you of the following death: Brother James Dees.
Brother James ‘Skeeter’ Dees served 59 years in Local 520 and retired in 1998. They initiated Membership in 1962. After retiring, Pete enjoyed traveling and fishing with his second wife, Tannie. James moved back to the Hays County area in his later years, finding a final home at Brookdale North in San Marcos. Saturday, after a visiting with him and receiving goodbyes, his final words were, “see you later, alligator.”
